Cancellation Policy: We understand that occasionally you may need to change an appointment. To assist us in creating your experience, we would appreciate your co-operation and understanding of the following:
24 hours cancellation notice is required, including missed appointments, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will apply. In any event, all gift vouchers will be forfeited.
Arrival time: We encourage you to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time to relax and complete your consultation form.
Late arrivals: Arriving late will limit the time of your treatment and some treatments may be cut short, so we strongly encourage you to arrive early.
